This is the tombstone of my great grandparents Mattie (Maddox) and Connie Howard. I was fortunate enough to know my great grandfather for many years. Unfortunately, I never knew my great-grandmother as she died in 1927. They are buried in the Moore Union Church cemetery in Lee County, NC. Tuesday, November 17, 2009
